Community Concierge: Cooking Class
Join us for a yummy baking class at the Coogan Farm Kitchen to learn how to make a farm fresh pie. All are welcome.
There’s no better way to enjoy the fruit of the garden or farmers market than in a pie! Coming in lots of shapes and sizes, from two-crust, crumble top to the French Galette, pies are easier to make from scratch than you think!
We’ll learn the basics of pie making techniques starting with a homemade butter crust and fresh seasonal fruits like rhubarb, apples or blueberries to make different pies. We’ll taste test and take home the skills to start making your own pies.
