Education Programs Hours: 9am-5pm
As a non-profit health education organization our mission is to eliminate health disparities through recruiting, training, sustaining and supporting health professionals from diverse backgrounds, community engagement, and advocacy. To accomplish this we offer trainings such as Community Health Worker, Medical & Community Interpreter, CPR/AED/FA, Language Proficiency Assessments, Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) and more. We also provide free clinicals to un- and under-insured individuals which also provide inter-professional trainings to future Connecticut healthcare providers.
