Through a combination of youth development, academic, and job readiness services tailored to the needs and interests of each young person in both community- and high school-based programs. OPP helps youth achieve their specific goals of high school graduation, a postsecondary credential and rewarding employment.
Founded in 1975, OPP provided support to nearly 1,800 youth
throughout Connecticut last year.
