About Us

Celebrity Chef Todd English brings the flavor of Tuscany, Italy to Mohegan Sun whether dining out on the terrace in front of the Taughannick waterfall, in our rustic dining room or at our full-service dining room bar. In addition, guests can reserve the private dining room which seats 15 to 22 guests or the chef’s table which allows guests to watch the culinary team prepare their meal (seats 6-10).

Tuscany offers a lunch menu daily or the signature “Tuscan Table” from Monday - Friday for $24.95 (beverages, CT sales tax and gratuity are not included). This gourmet buffet features a variety of authentic Italian dishes including traditional antipasti, zuppa, salads, flatbreads, pastas and cured and sliced meats. There is also a Venetian dessert table that offers a variety of Tuscan market-fare dolce.

Dinner service offers starters such as Boston bibb salad, fried calamari or one of our nine signature flatbreads. You can also create your own antipasto combination with the Antipasto Della Casa which offers a variety of cured meats, cheeses and vegetables.

Entrées include select pasta dishes such as 4-cheese ravioli or our signature handcrafted pastas. Try the open-hearth grilled or oven-baked selections which include grilled scallops, chicken parmesan, veal marsala or piccata and rack of lamb. If you desire a good steak, we encourage you to try one of the selections from our Tuscan Grill. Finish off your culinary experience by trying our trademark Fallen Chocolate Cake or tiramisu with an Italian coffee or glass of Grappa.
