About Us

US Properties manages over 1.5 million square feet of commercial office and residential apartment space annually. Its Property Management Division oversees and/or performs building and grounds maintenance, negotiates build-to-suit facilities and tenant improvements, tenant construction, insurance claim restoration, and project planning and supervision.

Handling service calls quickly on our managed properties is a top priority at US Properties. Our maintenance staff is on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week. To reduce unexpected breakdowns and property deterioration, we track and perform preventative maintenance to minimize unexpected breakdowns and emergencies.

US Properties can provide market/feasibility studies, appraisals, project planning and supervision to ensure success for developers and lenders. Recent developments overseen by the staff of US Properties include Shaw’s Cove Business Park (New London, Connecticut) and Scient (formerly Ledge Light) Federal Credit Union (Groton, Connecticut).
