''Bump'' Out Breast Cancer 4th Annual Volleyball Tournament at Ocean Beach

Waterford, CT – SAVA Insurance Group and The Day are partnering up to help support the Terri Brodeur Breast Cancer Foundation with the 4th Annual “Bump” Out Breast Cancer Volleyball Tournament. Tournament will take place on Saturday, September 10th from 9am-2pm at Ocean Beach Park in New London. Teams  will have fun while raising money for the Terri Brodeur Breast Cancer Foundation (TBBCF), where they give 100% of money raised to breast cancer research.

“We are looking forward to another successful  tournament this year and we are thrilled to be co sponsoring this event  with The Day”, said SAVA Insurance Group President Donna Yother. “This is a wonderful way for SAVA and The Day to get involved in our community and help raise awareness  and money for the TBBCF.”  For more information on the foundation please take a look at their website at www.tbbcf.org

Teams must consist of at least six players and two women per team must be on the court at all times.  Tournament will include raffle items, team t-shirt contest, and a lot of fun supporting a great cause.  Players are encouraged to raise money for their teams and to bring friends and family to play and watch. 

Interested teams and players can register online at bumpoutbreastcancer.eventbrite.com.  The fee is $20/player and donations are welcome.
