Chelsea Groton Bank Promotes Penni Harlow to Branch Manager

Groton, CT – Penni Harlow has been promoted to Branch Manager of Chelsea Groton Bank’s Mystic location. Previously, Penni was Mystic’s Assistant Sales & Service Manager. Penni’s predecessor, Melinda Burridge, will increase her business development activities as Regional Sales & Service Manager. 

“Penni has an ability to quickly build rapport with people and develop long-lasting relationships. A veteran of the banking industry, Penni has more than 25 years of retail banking experience, the last ten with Chelsea Groton. She joined Chelsea Groton as Head Teller of the Mystic branch in 2005. While there, she developed and expanded her skill set to become a Customer Service Representative, before being promoted to Assistant Sales and Service Manager. Penni regularly participates in professional development in order to advance her career. 

Penni is active in her community, serving at annual events such as the Mystic Irish Parade, Mystic Eats, Mystic Outdoor Arts Festival, Penguin Plunge and the Pirate Invasion. She attended Three Rivers Community College and currently resides in Oakdale, CT with her family.
