Chelsea Groton Bank Names Regan Nichols, AVP, Customer Solutions Manager in Groton; Rebecca Magner, AS, Customer Solutions Manager in Pawcatuck

Groton, CT – Regan Nichols of Westerly, RI, has been named Customer Solutions Manager of Chelsea Groton Bank’s Groton branch, and Rebecca Magner, also of Westerly, RI, has been named Customer Solutions Manager of the Bank’s Pawcatuck branch.
 
“Both Regan and Rebecca are passionate about getting to know their customers and helping customers and members of their respective teams achieve their goals,” shared Lori Dufficy, EVP, Director of Sales and Service at Chelsea Groton Bank. “Regan has proven her ability to manage branches of varying sizes over the years, so is fully prepared to manage a large branch like Groton. Rebecca experienced great success and professional growth during her time as an Assistant Manager, and was ready to move back to her ‘hometown’ branch and be reunited with her team and customers who meant so much to her there. We’re confident that both Regan and Rebecca will find continued success in their new roles, and will be an asset to the customers and teams at their respective locations.”
 
Regan joined Chelsea Groton in 2005 and since that time has taken on retail banking positions with increased responsibilities.  Previously, Regan was Customer Solutions Manager in the Pawcatuck branch, and was recently promoted to Assistant Vice President. Regan is a 2010 graduate of the Connecticut School of Finance and Management, a 2013 graduate of the Chamber of Commerce of Eastern CT Leadership Program, and a 2015 graduate of the Chelsea Professional Management Series. Regan volunteers at many Bank-sponsored events in the community.
 
Rebecca joined Chelsea Groton in 2016, as the Assistant Branch Manager at the Pawcatuck branch. In 2017, she transferred to a larger branch in the same role. She was recently promoted to Assistant Secretary. Prior to her time at Chelsea Groton, Rebecca worked in the banking industry where she held positions in retail, cash management and merchant services. She is a 2018 graduate of the Chelsea Professional Management Series. Rebecca is an active member of the Chelsea Activity Team and a committee member for the American Heart Association’s Greater Westerly Heart Walk. She also serves on the Board of the Jonnycake Center of Westerly.
