Chelsea Groton Bank to Present Affordable Housing Forum in Norwich Oct 22

Mayor Deb Hinchey to Participate in Panel Discussion on Housing Need
 
Groton, CT – Chelsea Groton Bank is presenting an Affordable Housing Forum on Thursday, October 22 from 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. at the Otis Library in Norwich.

Mayor Deb Hinchey of Norwich, Selectman Rob Simmons of Stonington, Jude Carroll of the Connecticut Housing Coalition, Erica Schwarz of Local Initiatives Support Coalition (LISC) and Housing Connections, and Norbert Deslauriers of the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority (CHFA), will participate in a discussion about the state of the local economy, and the need for affordable housing to be available in growing urban and suburban areas in Southeastern Connecticut. Katy Shafer of Partnership for Strong Communities, will moderate the forum.
