Norwich, CT –  Dime Bank is proud to announce that Terri Salas, East Lyme Branch Manager, recently graduated from the Connecticut School of Finance & Management. Salas received the Michael J. Piette Honors Award for graduating in the top 10 percent of the class. The Finance & Management program is an intensive two-year bank management training program sponsored by the Connecticut Bankers Association. Over 2,300 bankers have graduated from the school during its 52-year history.
 
The purpose of the program is to provide an opportunity for junior management personnel and other key employees of Connecticut’s banking industry to obtain a more comprehensive knowledge and awareness of banking theory, practices and procedures, capital markets and management functions which will be of substantial value in their preparation for new and greater responsibilities at or within the management level.
