Mashantucket, CT – Foxwoods® Resort Casino is serving up Easter Sunday feasts for those looking for traditional meals or unique Easter menu options. Families and friends can dine in cuisine ranging from gourmet to casual service.  Foxwoods will provide a lavish assortment from brunch to dinner that is sure to delight guests of all ages and appetites.

Foxwoods’ premier dining experience is offering Easter Brunch from 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., starting at $40. Guests can enjoy mimosas and relax amongst the sounds of jazz pianist, Jack Madry.  For those who prefer to dine later in the day, a special 3-course meal will be served amid panoramic views of the Connecticut countryside.  A traditional Easter spread will be prepared, including a Sherry Vinaigrette Beet Salad, paired with a delectable Orange Glazed Easter Ham and Whipped Potato. The experience will be complete with an unlimited grand dessert buffet prepared by Chef Franck.
 
Al Dente
Indulge in unparalleled Italian cuisine at Foxwoods this Easter Sunday.  Begin with fresh Mozzarella Rollatini, followed by Colorado Lamb Chops, Anice & Mint Lamb Jus and Tuscan Couscous.  Or enjoy a special pasta dish, Tortellini con Gamberoni, which includes Pancetta, Shrimp and Gorgonzola Cream Sauce.
 
David Burke Prime
Delight in the fine dining of Foxwoods’ New York Style steakhouse for brunch and dinner this Easter Sunday.  Choose among Steak and Eggs, Eggs Benedict, Lobster Omelet or a Seared Tuna Niçoise.  Finish with Confetti Donuts with a White Chocolate Glaze that even the Easter Bunny will approve of.  For those dining in the evening, the options get even greater.
