Kristin Zummo Joins Chelsea Groton Bank As AVP, Learning & Development Manager

Groton, CT – Kristin Zummo recently joined Chelsea Groton Bank as AVP, Learning & Development Manager.  In this role, Kristin is responsible for overseeing training and development for all team members at the Bank.
 
Prior to joining Chelsea Groton, Kristin spent over seven years in training and development, including five years at Electric Boat where she led company-wide talent, curriculum and leadership development. She also supported employee development through assessment, individual planning, and skills training.

Kristin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Messiah College and a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership from Mansfield University. In addition, Kristin is a certified DiSC Assessment Facilitator and a certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt.
 
Kristin and her family reside in East Lyme, CT.
