Maria Grenier Joins Chelsea Groton Bank as Asst. Treasurer, Deposit Operations Manager

Groton, CT – Maria Grenier of Scotland, CT, recently joined Chelsea Groton Bank as Assistant Treasurer, Deposit Operations Manager. In this role, Maria will oversee tasks and responsibilities assigned to the Deposit Operations Department.
 
Prior to joining Chelsea Groton, Maria was the Assistant Operations Manager at Savings Institute Bank & Trust, where she oversaw deposit operations, electronic banking and the Customer Service Center. 
 
“Maria has experience in several roles in banking, including as a teller and in various roles in operations and processing. Her experience managing the implementation of new products and services will be invaluable as we strive to continually ensure the customer experience is a positive one,” shared Jenn Pensa, SVP, Director of Operations and Technology at Chelsea Groton Bank.
 
Maria has earned several diplomas through the Center for Financial Training, and received a National Check Professional Certification through ECCHO.  She is currently attending the Connecticut School of Finance and Management. She volunteers regularly with the children’s ministry at Groton Bible Chapel.
