Jane Leipold is an accomplished global executive with well over 30 years of business experience in engineering, operations, and human resources. Over the past ten years, Ms. Leipold served as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for TE Connectivity, a $13 billion global technology leader.
Ms. Leipold has over 20 years of experience in human resources, where she specialized in training and leadership development before assuming the top leadership role in human resources at TE Connectivity in 2006. Jane has been a long standing member of HR50, Personnel Roundtable, and CHRO Board Academy.
Bill Follett, Chairman of NESS's Board of Directors stated, "Jane brings great business and board experience to NESS, especially around human resource management. NESS has grown exponentially over the last several years and Jane's leadership will be invaluable."
Ms. Leipold is a former member of the Board of the Capitol Region United Way in Harrisburg, PA and is currently a member of the Penn State Harrisburg Board of Advisers in Harrisburg, PA.
Spike Lobdell, NESS's President & CEO added, "Jane's deep interest in education, especially around STEM (science, technology, engineering, math) programing will help us drive our year round curriculum forward with our school partners. Jane holds a B.S. in Quantitative Business Analysis and an MBA from Pennsylvania State University and was recently named an Alumni Fellow by the Penn State Alumni Association.
