Oyster Club and Bank Square Books Present Dinner with Colman Andrews

Mystic, CT – Oyster Club, an award winning farm-and-sea to table restaurant located in Mystic, CT is excited to present a dinner at Oyster Club in partnership with Bank Square Books. 

On Sunday, February 12, at 6:30pm, Oyster Club invites guests to dine with award-winning author Colman Andrews in celebration of his latest book, The British Table. Enjoy a five-course dinner with drink pairing, and go home with a copy of The British Table. In addition to being one of the most respected food writers, having won eight James Beard Awards for food writing, Colman Andrews co-founded Saveur magazine and served as Editor-in-Chief from 2001 to 2007. Colman currently serves as Editorial Director of The Daily Meal.  

In celebration of Colman's book, The British Table, our chef James Wayman has designed a locally sourced menu based on an English Sunday Supper. You can expect a dry aged Sunday roast with Yorkshire pudding, with beef from Beriah Lewis Farm in North Stonington, potted goose with bread from Farm to Hearth bakery using Connecticut milled flour, gooseberry fool using gooseberries from Hidden Brook Gardens in Ledyard, Connecticut, and more!
