Old Saybrook, CT – The Southeastern Connecticut chapter of SCORE, a nonprofit association dedicated to the success of small businesses continues its year-round series of Small Business Workshops with “Get Expert Help with Your Business Finances.”
 
This workshop will provide knowledge of how Financial Statements function. Specifically, we will discuss the purpose and use for P & L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statements, as well as how the financial statements work together, to help you better understand your business and the elements of a business plan.
 
You will learn how to manage your cash flow and the key cash flow generators and expenditures. This knowledge will help you maintain a good banking relationship and help you improve the operation of your business.
 
Workshop Presenter Nazzareno “Nazz” Paciotti, Chief Financial Officer, has 34 years of experience in aerospace, international, and physical security companies as well as oil and gas production, refining and exploration, including start-ups, acquisitions, divestitures, and mergers. Nazz is a CPA who has both public and private company experience. He also served as the CEO of a private/public start-up in the physical security commercial space.
