Old Saybrook, CT –  The Southeastern Connecticut chapter of SCORE, a nonprofit association dedicated to the success of small businesses, will present a free Small Business Workshop on "How to Quick Start Your Business Plan."

Do you want to start a business, but find the detailed Business Plan is overwhelming?

Do you want to refresh an existing Business Plan that needs updating, but are unsure where to start?

Do you want to modify an existing Business Plan that will be used to enhance your product offering, or update how your product is brought to market?

If you want to do any of the above, but are not sure where to start, then this workshop is for you!

This workshop will:

  1. Help you figure out where to start
  2. Explain what to do and how to put it together quickly
  3. Answer the critical question, "Does the Business Plan represent the new business, show the updated business is feasible, or validate and prove your concept?”
  4. Evaluate the larger business plan, using the sections critical to determining feasibility

Workshop Presenter and Score Counselor Jim Toner has 25 years in business management, across 5 different business units for Eastman Kodak, and he also ran his own home remodeling business for 11 years.
