The second workshop in the Fundamentals of Starting or Growing a Business five-session series covers vision statements, target customers, and trends that impact your market & product/service development. We’ll discuss competition (direct & indirect), and we'll use SWOT - Strengths, Opportunities, Weaknesses and Threats. Attend all 5 sessions or any individually.
The series, run by Anne Driscoll, Eric Munro and Arlene Saffron, is designed for individuals who are considering starting a business and for current business owners looking for insights and inspiration for growing their business. The workshops include in-class work on the most important aspects of building a business, as well as discussion and brainstorming. The series is free and includes class materials and light refreshments. It is strongly suggested, though not required, that participants attend all of the modules.
