Sponsors and Volunteers Needed to Make Holiday Light Fantasia a Success

Holiday Light Fantasia is a Hartford tradition and the largest fundraising event Channel 3 Kids Camp presents each year, bringing in over 100,000 visitors and important financial support for year-round programs.  Set up will begin in Goodwin Park in early October and will continue until opening day on November 22, 2018. The light show runs nightly through January 1, 2019.

This event would not be possible without the help and support of hundreds of volunteers. Volunteers assist with getting displays out of storage, testing displays, replacing bulbs and setting up displays along the 2½ mile road through Goodwin Park.  Volunteers are also needed to assist with park clean up/land clearing, electrical work, and machine operation.
In addition to volunteering with the setup of the show, opportunities are available to work at the entrance gates throughout the 6 week event. Approximately 6-10 people are needed each night to successfully operate the show. This is a great team building opportunity for local businesses as their role is to greet cars and share their holiday spirit.

Holiday Light Fantasia not only shares seasonal cheer, but helps welcome thousands of children from across Connecticut to the Channel 3 Kids Camp. Ticket sales make it possible for all children to attend camp regardless of economic, physical or developmental ability.  To underwrite the expenses of running the event, corporate and business sponsorships are available. This is a fabulous opportunity to market your business to over 100,000 visitors! Sponsorships range from $500 - $25,000 /Presenting Sponsor with a variety of benefits, depending on Sponsor level, ranging from: tickets to the VIP Party, tickets to the event, full color ad in the program book that is passed out to every car that attends (approx. 25,000), sign with business name/logo in front of display, business name and logo on Channel 3 Kids Camp & Holiday Light Fantasia websites & social media, Sponsor recognition on FM broadcasted soundtrack narrated by Scot Haney, inclusion in press releases, banner space at event, inclusion in select print and online marketing, and more!
