Gather with fellow Chamber members for a truly magical Business After Hours at Great Wolf Lodge, where woodland whimsy meets water-park wonder for an evening of connection and conversation.

Mix and mingle over light refreshments in a relaxed, after-work atmosphere designed to spark easy conversations, new connections, and stronger relationships. Like any great story, the most memorable moments come from the characters you meet along the way—and this evening is all about bringing our business community together in a setting that’s anything but ordinary.

Whether you’re dipping a toe into new networks or catching up with familiar faces, this Business After Hours promises to be a howlingly good time you won’t want to miss.

Parking Notes

Complimentary parking is available in the gated Great Wolf Lodge Premium Surface Lot, located adjacent to the hotel. A parking validation ticket will be provided at event registration. Upon arrival at the surface lot:

  • Drive up to the parking gates and take a parking ticket
  • Bring the ticket with you to the Conference Center check-in table for validation by Great Wolf Lodge staff

If the premium surface lot is full, additional parking is available at the Foxwoods Rainmaker Self-Parking Garage. From the Rainmaker Garage, guests may:

  • Walk the short distance to Great Wolf Lodge, or
  • Take the dedicated Great Wolf Lodge Shuttle

The Great Wolf Lodge Shuttle is located on the ground floor of the Rainmaker Parking Garage, undercover, outside the garage. The shuttle will drop guests off at the Great Wolf Lodge Hotel Porte.

If you have trouble locating the shuttle, please contact Security at 860-334-2685 for assistance.

Registration after January 9, 2026, including at-the-door:

  • Non-Member: $30

Cancellation Policy: Notice must be given at least three business days prior to the event. No shows or those unable to cancel in time will be billed as applicable.
