Jennifer Willingham, VP and Cash Management Officer at Chelsea Groton Bank, has nearly two decades of experience and is a recognized leader in her field. Since transitioning from Branch Manager to Cash Management Officer in 2021, Jen has developed impactful initiatives, such as the Banker-in-Residence program with the Chamber of Commerce of Eastern Connecticut. She also serves as Treasurer for the Norwich Historical Society, volunteers with the Women’s Business Development Council, and holds multiple financial certifications.
