Join us as we celebrate 10 years of Body By Bliss Pilates with a special Birthday Bash and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at our boutique studio in the historic Velvet Mill in Stonington! 

Since opening our doors, Body By Bliss Pilates has been dedicated to helping people of all ages and abilities move better, feel better, and live better through personalized Pilates instruction, strength training, and movement education. We are excited to mark this milestone anniversary with our clients, community members, and fellow business leaders. The celebration will feature an open house and studio tour, live Pilates demonstrations, opportunities to try out studio equipment, exclusive anniversary discounts, and a raffle benefiting a local animal rescue organization. 

Guests will also enjoy complimentary food and refreshments while learning more about the services and programs offered at Body By Bliss Pilates.
