 Jennifer Willingham, VP and Cash Management Officer at Chelsea Groton Bank, has nearly two decades of experience and is a recognized leader in her field. Since transitioning from Branch Manager to Cash Management Officer in 2021, Jen has developed impactful initiatives, such as the Banker-in-Residence program with the Chamber of Commerce of Eastern Connecticut. She also serves as Treasurer for the Norwich Historical Society, volunteers with the Women’s Business Development Council, and holds multiple financial certifications. Jen provides expert guidance on accounts, loans, credit reports, and other financial resources to support business success.

As for Wealth Management, we have Jennifer Eastbourne and Al Dabiri, who will alternate monthly to offer their insights and expertise..

Jennifer Eastbourne, VP and Osaic Institutions Program Coordinator, has been with Chelsea Groton Bank for over a decade. She's responsible for the daily operations and compliance functions of the department, manages client documentation, communicates important financial market updates, and ensures every client receives exceptional service.

Al Dabiri, VP and Osaic Institutions Financial Advisor, brings 25 years of experience from the broker-dealer side of the industry. He supports clients across a broad spectrum of financial services, including wealth management, investments, insurance, and retirement planning.
