The Chamber's Total Life Expo takes place Saturday, November 10 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Mohegan Sun's Convention Center. Presented with support from the Mohegan Tribe, Anthem Blue Cross / Blue Shield, and First Physical Therapy, this FREE wellness expo highlights means to live well - and stay healthy - in eastern CT. Bring the family and check out these seven highlights of this year's expo:

1. Meet Wellness Exhibitors
Nearly 3 dozen exhibitors will be on-hand to introduce their wellness related services. Say hello and learn what they have to offer you and your family. Click to see a list of participants.

2. Get Moving with Fitness Activities
Renegade Fitness will host a variety of fun fitness activities for all ages. Take part in the Silver Sneaker challenge or participate in a Zumba/Mixxed Fit session.

3. Browse the Connecticut-Made Market
Shop for locally grown produce, artisan crafts, and other products at this Connecticut-focused indoor farmer’s market.

4. Explore the Kids' Pavilion
The Total Life Expo is family-friendly! Your little ones will enjoy scrambling through a deluxe obstacle course, design their own sand art sculptures, have up-close encounters with animals, learn about car seat safety, and more.

5. Stay Your Healthiest
You will have the opportunity to take advantage of free health screenings, get vaccines against flu and other illnesses, and participate in a blood drive.

6. Learn From Expert Chefs
The team behind "Get Your Own Damn," a locally-made BBQ and sauce company, will partner with the world-renowned Mohegan Sun culinary artists to present simple, make-at-home recipes. A presentation will be held at 11:30 a.m. during the Expo. Free samples will be available!

7. Take in Dance Performances
Witness fitness in motion while ensembles and soloists from Community Dance Ensemble and AADITI (Acadamy of Arts, Dance, and Traditions of India) put on dance performances on the Expo's main stage.
