8:30-9:00 am: \;Volunteer check‑in and breakfast\, hosted at the Holiday Inn New London
9:00 am: \;Welcome remarks and volunteer instructions
9:15-11am: \;Community cleanup \;
Complimentary t-shirts will be provided to volunteers (sizes guaranteed no later than May 29). Cleanup supplies will be provided\, and participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and bring gloves if they have them. \;
Note: in the event of rainy weather\, we have set a rain date of June 26.
