Childcare access and affordability are increasingly shaping employers&rsquo\; ability to recruit\, retain\, and support a reliable and engaged workforce. The Chamber of Commerce of Eastern CT \;and The SECT Childcare Collective\, an initiative of United Way of SECT\, invite the region'\;s employers to discuss how childcare challenges affect talent attraction\, retention\, attendance\, productivity\, and more. \;
Participants will hear about emerging resources such as Connecticut'\;s Tri-Share program\, employee needs assessment\, and regional efforts to expand childcare access\, followed by a facilitated discussion to share experiences\, identify common challenges\, and explore practical solutions.
Light refreshments will be provided. ALL employers welcome\, regardless of membership in the Chamber or Collective.
