Workshop: Systemization to Calm the Chaos

You work hard, perhaps too hard. Wearing all the hats of a small business owner can easily become chaotic. A system is an organized way of doing things. When you set up this organized method, with the same outcome each time, it ‘creates the rules of the road’ and makes your journey smoother. Your systems will allow you to delegate and ensure work will be done the way you want. Systems save time because you are no longer ‘recreating the wheel.’
During this workshop we will identify the areas in your business that can be systematized, begin working through the steps to create systems, and use check lists to make the whole process easy.
