Workshop: Working with Trust - Creating a Rewarding and Productive Workplace
We know that trust is an essential ingredient if an organization is to perform at the top of its game. But what exactly is trust, how do you work with it and what do you do when it’s missing?
In this workshop we will explore both trust and distrust and their impact on an organization. We will introduce 4 distinct areas of trust and apply them to work relationships that you would like to build. You will look at ways of building trust and you will leave with 3 key actions that you can take straight away to help you build more productive and trusting relationships with your work colleagues.
Do you have a particular topic you'd like addressed at this workshop? Please feel free to contact Richard Hews at richard@pathwaysofgrowth.com.
This workshop is suitable for all those serious about building a productive work environment, based on mutual trust and respect.
