About Us

Center for Hospice Care Southeast CT is a community based, not for profit, Medicare/Medicaid Certified Hospice offering all of the components required by the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization. Center for Hospice Care Southeast CT has been serving New London County since 1985. The goal of hospice care is to provide medically directed care and service to terminally ill patients and their families. Center for Hospice Care Southeast CT cares for patients of all ages and with any life limiting diagnosis, regardless of insurance or inability to pay in the home. Hospice care may also be provided in area skilled nursing facilities. Bereavement support is available free of charge to anyone experiencing grief or loss.
