Chef, restaurateur and Mystic resident Frank Grace brings his culinary expertise to Mystic, CT, along with some of his veteran staff.

Frank's Gourmet Grille offers a wide variety of dishes in a casually elegant setting. We decided on this location so my neighbors of Mystic, Old Mystic, Sonington and Groton have a go-to restaurant without the hassle of downtown parking and traffic. Our menu is Continental with a Mediterranean flair and has something for everyone.
