Chef Cobena adds a South American flair to his dishes by creating a perfect blend of zesty seasonings and authentic seafood. Originally from Ecuador and professionally trained at the Culinary Institute of America, Chef Cobena has been delighting the palates of his customers at S&P Oyster for over 22 years!
