Charter Oak Names New VP-Sales Manager

 
Waterford, CT – Charter Oak Federal Credit Union has promoted Sundae Franklin to Vice President-Sales Manager for its 14-branch network stretching across eastern Connecticut.

“Sundae has broad banking experience and a detailed knowledge of our branch operations in both New London and Windham counties,” said Brian A. Orenstein, Charter Oak’s Chief Executive Officer. “Her sales and service skills, combined with the expertise of our branch team, will truly optimize our members’ banking experience here at Charter Oak,” he said.

Franklin, who lives in the Quaker Hill section of Waterford, has more than 20 years of financial services experience, including expertise in branch operations as well as lending operations.

She joined Charter Oak in 2008 and served as the manager of Charter Oak’s Niantic branch. She was promoted to Assistant Vice President in 2011 and later that same year was named Assistant Vice President-Regional Sales Manager.
