Chelsea Groton Bank Employees Honored by Center for Financial Training
 
Groton, CT –The Center for Financial Training (CFT) recently honored six Chelsea Groton Bank employees – Elaine Brunelle of Waterford, Dawn DeCristofaro of Ledyard, Jennifer Seuferling of Groton, Lisa Lelek of Groton, Alyssa Bryan of New London, and Regan Nichols of Ashaway, RI – during the annual graduation and awards ceremony.

We’ve found that the more knowledgeable the team member is, the better the customer experience will be,” said Denise Stapienski, Assistant Vice President and Training Manager. “The Center for Financial Training offers comprehensive courses of study in a range of topics that suit the individual interests of each employee. Our employees dedicated many hours to their studies and we are proud of their accomplishments.”
 
Elaine earned a diploma for her studies in the Financial Services Management program. Dawn completed the certificate program entitled Introduction to Financial Services Operations. Jennifer earned certificates for completing the Introduction to Financial Services and Professional Teller programs. Lisa was awarded certificates for her completion of the Introduction to Financial Services and the Introduction to Financial Services Operations programs.
 
First in Class awards, presented to the individual who achieved the highest grade in the class, were awarded to Alyssa Bryan, for excelling in Law and Banking Principles and to Regan Nichols, for her completion of Customer Service Excellence.
