Chelsea Groton Bank Welcomes Frank Fetzer to Lending Center in Hartford County

Groton, CT – Frank Fetzer recently joined the residential lending team at Chelsea Groton Bank Lending Center in Glastonbury. Frank will work to build new relationships throughout Hartford, Tolland and Middlesex counties, and assist clients in finding the right lending solutions for their needs, including traditional mortgages, affordable lending programs, and specialty financing. He is licensed with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS #704328).

Frank is a graduate of Hartford State Technical College. He resides in Bolton, CT.
