Men's Swimming & Diving Earns #15 National Ranking in Division III

NEW LONDON, Conn. – The Coast Guard men's swimming and diving team has resurfaced into the College Swimming & Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) Top 25 Dual Meet Poll as the Bears are ranked 15th in Division III after not being ranked in the Top 25 in the previous poll.

Coast Guard was 8-2 in dual meets this season and the Bears are now preparing for the New England Women's and Men's Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) Championship which will take place Feb. 20-23 at MIT. The Bears finished second at the NEWMAC Championship for the last three years.

The Bears are also sixth in the Northeast region rankings.

NEWMAC foe MIT is ranked fourth nationally and the top ranked New England team while Williams (8th), Tufts (10th) and Amherst (12th) are also New England teams ranked ahead of the Bears.
