CorePlus Announces Promotions in IT, Human Resource Departments

Nicholas K. Fortson, President & CEO of CorePlus Federal Credit Union announced that David Chapman has been promoted to Director of Information Technology, and Jodie Bartnicki has been promoted to Director of Human Resources.
 
Mr. Chapman started at the credit union in 2004 after graduating from New England Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications with concentration in Video & Radio Production. David was instrumental in overseeing the credit union’s recent core processor conversion project. In his expanded role, David will direct all aspects of the credit union’s technology, branch infrastructure, information security and telecommunications. Mr. Chapman also oversees facilities management.  David is a resident of Plainfield, CT.

Ms. Bartnicki joined the credit union in 2016 as Human Resources Manager. Jodie holds a Master’s in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of New Haven, and she currently holds a SHRM – CP, PHR (Certified Professional Human Resources) certification from the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM). In addition to SHRM, Jodie is a board member of Human Resource Leadership Association (HRLA) and a member of Society for Industrial & Organizational Psychologists (SIOP).  Ms. Bartnicki is a resident of Groton, and is very involved in her local community as a supporter of the Hole in the Wall Gang Camp, the March of Dimes and the American Heart Association. She is a board member of the Eliza Huntington Home for Women in Norwich.
