Dime Bank Adds New Residential Mortgage Originator

Westerly, RI – Dime Bank is pleased to welcome back Kevin Owren as a residential mortgage originator and assistant vice president at Dime Bank, a mutual bank headquartered in Norwich, CT. Owren recently rejoined the bank, and is responsible for facilitating the expansion of the Bank’s residential lending business in the greater Westerly market.

Owren has earned a strong reputation in the community as a knowledgeable residential lender with expertise in all types of residential mortgage lending products including jumbo, purchase, construction, refinancing and home equity loans. He is joining a team of experienced residential lenders under the direction of Dime Bank’s Chief Lending Officer and Senior Vice President, Brian McNamara.

Owren resides in Westerly with his wife and two children. He currently serves on the board of directors and finance committee for the WARM Center. He is the co-chair for the Ocean Community Chamber of Commerce’s annual Pawcatuck River Duck Race. Owren is a graduate of Connecticut Bankers Association’s Connecticut School of Finance and Management.
