Don’t Miss the July 15 Deadline for New Students to Attend Three Rivers Community College for FREE

Three Rivers Community College is excited to share that PACT – Connecticut’s solution to debt-free college – has been fully funded. Eligible Connecticut residents can earn a degree or certificate from a community college without debt, but they must apply, sign up for FASFA and register full-time for classes by July 15.

PACT provides free tuition and fees for first-time, full-time college students who are residents of Connecticut and have graduated from a Connecticut high school program including GRE or home schooling.

The program covers tuition and fees for 3 years or a maximum of 72 credits earned within those 3 years. By using PACT at Three Rivers, students can earn an associate degree and begin their careers or seamlessly move on to a bachelor’s degree program as a junior, all with no debt.

Three Rivers offers excellent faculty, career-forward programs, fully online programs, and transferrable credits. The College has an active and welcoming campus with over 30 student clubs and all-encompassing support and accessibility services. Tuition at Three Rivers is the lowest in the state, and the price tag can be debt-free if students take advantage of the PACT program.

Students eligible for PACT must apply, sign up for FAFSA and register for classes by July 15 for the fall semester. Get all the details on the program and eligibility at www.threerivers.edu/FreeTuition.
