Hygienic Art’s Halloween Bash
Saturday, October 28th, 7pm - midnight

New London, CT – Hygienic Art is thrilled to announce the return of the 8th Hygienic Halloween Bash to take place in the Art Park on Saturday, October 28th from 7pm until midnight. Proceeds from New London’s Party of the Year support over one hundred free cultural events, educational programs and Hygienic Art facilities. The theme of this haunting night is “Shipwrecked” where filibusters, buccaneers, and landlubbers (over the age of 21) are invited for a night of good fun that includes live music, dancing, and drinks. 

The wild dance party will feature live music by The White-eyed Lizard Band, a steel drum Calypso band that keeps guests on their feet with their island beats. Sponsored in part by Chelsea Groton Bank, cash prizes will be awarded for costume prizes, and guests are encouraged to take their chances in a 50/50 raffle, eat at some sea-worthy food-trucks, enjoy bloody cocktails and take the opportunity to walk the plank into a sea of foam. This year the art park will again be transformed in collaboration with Spark Makerspace. The Hygienic Art Park, while under construction, will be made accessible for this event open to the public. 

Tickets are available for $10 in advance by visiting hygienic.org or $15 at the Gate. You may also purchase tickets by visiting the Hygienic Art Galleries, 79 Bank Street, New London, during gallery hours.
