Jean McGran Joins Chelsea Groton Bank as AVP, Regional Sales and Service Manager

Groton, CT – Jean McGran of Norwich, CT, recently joined Chelsea Groton Bank as Assistant Vice President, Regional Sales & Service Manager. In this role, Jean will be responsible for leading the Bank’s Groton, New London, Niantic and Waterford retail teams. 
 
Prior to joining Chelsea Groton, Jean spent six years as an area manager for First Niagara Bank, where she monitored the customer experience, managed sales, and coached her team to improve sales performance. She was a branch manager for Bank of America for over 20 years prior to that.

Jean completed a Retail Bank Management graduate program at Furman University in Greenville, SC.
 
She has participated in Relay for Life and the Connecticut Chapter’s Walk to End Alzheimer’s for the last few years.
