Life After Loss - A Healing Retreat in Stonington on April 30

Stonington, CT – There will be a daylong retreat in a serene setting on April 30 to inspire, encourage, and help those who have experienced the loss of a loved one move forward in their grief journey via expressive art and writing exercises and a walking meditation. This is an opportunity to connect with others on a similar path in a safe and supportive environment. No previous writing or drawing experience required.

Dr. Joanne Moore of East Lyme —Publisher of Pathfinder magazine, Author of After the Loss of a Spouse: What’s Next? and Trained Labyrinth Facilitator.
 
Linda Bradley of Manchester— Registered Art Therapist and Expressive Arts Therapist/Program Coordinator for Center for Hospice Care Southeast CT.
 
Fee: $150 cost includes continental breakfast, full lunch, and wine & cheese social time at day’s end. Rooms available for overnight stays.
