Lobster Madness Comes to Foxwoods Resort Casino This Summer

Foxwoods is Buttering Guests Up with Delicious Lobster Dishes Across the Resort
 
Mashantucket, CT   Foxwoods® Resort Casino is serving up a vast array of lobster entrées for this summer’s Lobster Madness from June 1 – September 5.  As part of Foxwoods’ Summer of Dreams 4, guests can eat their way around the resort enjoying the robust options of Lobster dishes, prepared to the style and cuisine to meet the liking of everyone’s tastes.
 
Alta Strada
Enjoy lobster in a traditional Italian fare at Alta Strada this summer. Begin with an appetizer of Lobster Scampi, followed by an entrée of Lobster Tortellini with Brown Butter, Tarragon, Thai Chili and Prosciutto.
 
Cedars Steakhouse & Oyster Bar
For a casual dining option, Cedars Steakhouse & Oyster Bar will be dishing up delicious Lobster Bisque with Sherry and Chives, a Lobster Salad Sandwich on a Traditional Brioche Roll, a Hot Lobster Roll served on a Brioche Roll, and Grilled New York Sirloin paired with Lobster and Béarnaise.   For a more formal affair, guests may order Filet Mignon and a Half Steamed Maine Lobster, Prime Rib and Cold Water Lobster Tail, Twin Cold Water Lobster Tails, or Twin Stuffed Cold Water Lobster Tails with Lump Crab Stuffing.  Plus, 2 ½ Pound Maine Lobsters will be available Steamed or Broiled, or Stuffed with Lump Crab with Drawn Butter.

Golden Dragon
Foxwoods diners are invited to feast upon an array of authentic Asian cuisine with lobster lover’s flair. Menu additions will include Lobster Wonton Soup with Hand-Rolled Lobster Dumplings in Chicken Broth, Lobster Fried Rice with Tender Lobster and Vegetables, or Lobster E-Fu Noodles with Yellow Chives and Chunks of Lobster.  Golden Dragon will also serve 2 ½ pound Maine Lobster with choices of preparation including Ginger and Scallion Sauce, Cantonese-Style, Battered and Fried with Salt and Pepper, or a Black Bean Sauce.
