Old Saybrook, CT – The Southeastern Connecticut chapter of SCORE, a nonprofit association dedicated to the success of small businesses, will present a free Small Business Workshop on "How to Make It Rain: Four Steps to Growing the Bottom Line."
The wealth of a business and the business owner’s personal wealth are inextricably linked. It is vital that a business reach breakeven quickly and realize strong margin growth for the business owner to achieve the life goals they cherish. This workshop is pertinent to all business owners and will examine Strategy, Messaging, Goal Management, and Resource Management, the four common barriers to successfully growing a business.

The workshop will address a set of questions assessing how well we have clarified the vision, raised customer interest, completed our short-term goals, and invested our valuable resources to create positive change. Participants will leave with an action plan that will accelerate business growth.

Workshop Presenter Charles Reese is President of Accelerated Achievements, a growth and performance firm specializing in accelerating sales and operational results by aligning strategy, people, and process. Charles’ experience spans strategy creation, market positioning, sales, process improvement, communication, and executive management and leadership with Ultra Electronics, Hewlett Packard, Netrix Corporation, and GTE Communications. Charles holds an MS degree in Industrial Administration and a BS degree in Electrical Engineering.
