The Greeks believed in the concept of entropy – All things left untouched will lose function and form.  Businesses, careers, and relationships will all be lost if they do not respond to change and evolve. This workshop is for all business owners, managers, and professionals who desire positive change in their organization or career. Presenter Charles Reese examines why the need for change can sometimes elude us, where we might consider change, and techniques for achieving permanent change.

Topics will include useful measurements and sources for detecting change, how blind spots can obscure your path, and the process achieving change.

Workshop Presenter Charles Reese is President of Accelerated Achievements, a growth and performance firm specializing in accelerating sales and operational results by aligning strategy, people, and process. Charles’ experience spans strategy creation, market positioning, sales, process improvement, communication, and executive management and leadership with Ultra Electronics, Hewlett Packard, Netrix Corporation, and GTE Communications. Charles holds an MS degree in Industrial Administration and a BS degree in Electrical Engineering.

Thanks to The Guilford Economic Development Commission and the Shoreline Chamber of Commerce Guilford-Branford Alliance for their support.
