The 12th Annual O'tis a (Virtual) Festival

Otis Library’s 12^th Annual O’tis a Festival is online this year!  The festival of all things creative will be streaming live on Otis Library’s YouTube page on Saturday, November 21, from 10am to 3pm.
Otis Library is taking this much-loved community event online for a virtual festival packed with entertainment and beautiful handmade crafts. Get all of your holiday shopping done from the comfort and safety of your own home.  Enjoy the added satisfaction that you will be “shopping small” and supporting local crafters.  Follow Otis Library’s social media or check out their website, www.otislibrarynorwich.org, for updates.
