Celebrate the official opening of Water Street Waffle Company in New London!
This family-owned and operated eatery brings its Texas roots to Connecticut with the opening of its third location and its very first on the East Coast. Founded in Belton, Texas, and later expanded to Temple, Bobbi and Jeff Segar are now proud to settle into their newest home at 133 Bank Street in historic downtown New London.
Known for their handcrafted Liege waffles, fresh from-scratch brunch favorites, bold Texan flavors, and genuine Southern hospitality, Water Street Waffle Company invites you to join them for their official grand opening and ribbon cutting celebration.
Be part of the special moment as we officially cut the ribbon, tour the space, and celebrate a new addition to the New London dining scene. Complimentary samples will be served and the full menu including January specials will be available to order from.
