Breakfast Forum - Planning for Workplace AI Readiness

The conversation around AI has moved fast. You might have attended a Chamber AI breakfast, taken the Charter Oak State College AI Essentials course, followed the headlines, or tested a few tools on your own. Moving from casual experimentation to embedding AI into everyday business workflows requires a different set of skills - both human and technical.

Mitchell College is partnering with the Chamber of Commerce of Eastern Connecticut and Chamber's Tech Council members Atif Faruqui of TurboflowAI, Saju Abraham and Ron Roy of Darson Technologies, and Stuart Bryan of I-M technologies to develop a Workforce AI Readiness program to support our business community in their planning and integration of AI into workflow processes - and we want you to contribute to it. Join us for this breakfast event as we bring together businesses and technology leaders to help shape what AI readiness could look like for Eastern Connecticut’s workforce.

Together we can move employers and employees from AI-aware into AI-confident, ethical, context-sensitive workplace performers and ensure it meets the current and future needs of the Eastern regional small and medium-sized businesses, their employees, and future workforce coming through Mitchell College.

Light breakfast provided, attendees will be able to:

• Review case examples of integrating AI into business workflows
• Evaluate their readiness for AI implementation
• Shape the focus, content, structure, and nature of the planned program
• Be the first to know about program launch dates and registration.
