This locally owned, and family‑run full‑service florist is proudly rooted in Waterford and carries forward the beloved legacy of Hoelck’s Florist, offering beautifully fresh arrangements for every occasion.

The Chamber will host a 10:30 AM ribbon‑cutting ceremony, complete with refreshments and light appetizers, and we encourage you to RSVP to take part in the celebration. Guests are also welcome to stop by anytime between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM to receive a free rose and enter for a chance to win a dozen roses delivered to someone special for Valentine’s Day.
