The Rose Arts Festival was relaunched to honor its rich history and celebrate the power of creativity to inspire and unite the community. Rooted in the “Rose of New England,” Norwich, Connecticut, Rose Arts brings people together through community engagement, emerging music, and public art.

Founded in 2017, Rose Arts is a 100% volunteer-run organization supported by thousands of patrons, partners, and volunteers. Through fiscal sponsorship with Fractured Atlas, the organization focuses on creating community-driven cultural experiences that engage and inspire audiences throughout the region.
