Southeastern Connecticut Television, Inc. is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) Community Access Television provider with studios in Groton and Waterford. Programs are televised on cable channels and YouTube. The mission of SEC-TV is to empower residents in Southeastern Connecticut, to offer a wide array of programming, to inform, educate and give voice to the viewing public, and to educate and support the media by providing training and experience in video production.
